Corporate Packages

Corporate Membership - £1500pa

Corporate membership is open to companies and other organisations that contribute to the advancement of BLS and its work.

Benefits

The annual fee is for the calendar year April to March and includes exhibition space for a 2m table at the Annual BLS Conference in October plus lunch, refreshments and Gala Dinner attendance for one company representative. Additional company representative places may be purchased at £200 per head.

Corporate members and their products will be listed in the annual Conference Edition of the BLS Newsletter, "News & Views".

The "Corporate Members" page on the BLS website will provide space for a company entry (up to 500 words) and the facility to provide weblinks to companies own websites.

Exhibition/Conference Packages

In addition to the space available to Corporate Members at the BLS Annual Conference, the following upgrades are available:-

Premier Exhibitor

The fee for this is £1000 pounds in addition to the membership fee. It entitles companies to erect a stand in a 3m square space (subject to venue constraints) and provides lunch, refreshments and Gala Dinner for 1 extra company representative (a total of 2). Additional places may be purchased at £200 per head. Premier exhibitors will receive a listing in the Conference brochure.

Conference Sponsor

A fee of £3000 in addition to the membership fee provides companies with stand space of 4m square (subject to venue constraints) and 3 extra company spaces (a total of 4) for all catering and at the Gala Dinner. Additional spaces are available at £200 per head. Conference Sponsors logos will be displayed on Conference literature and a company entry of up to 250 words will be included in the Conference brochure.

Leaflets and Publications

Company leaflets and publications can be included in all Conference Delegate Packs at £500 per item.

Advertising

Companies may advertise in the BLS Newsletter, "News & Views" at the following rates:-

Full Page
£350 for one issue
£1800 for 6 consecutive issues

Half Page
£175 for one issue
£900 for 6 consecutive issues

The Newsletter is published six times a year and technical information for advertisers is available from the BLS Communications Officer. 400 hard copies are circulated to BLS members; an electronic version appears on the BLS website and is circulated internationally to related organisations.

Website Advertising
Sponsored links to Company websites can be included in the "Corporate Members" section of the BLS website for a fee of £120 for 6 months.

Donations

BLS can accept donations from companies and individuals. These donations can either be for the general furtherance of the aims of BLS or specifically for the Caroline Badger Research Fund. Any company donations of over £500 will be acknowledged in the BLS Newsletter and on the website.
